A fast and easy way to cut large diameter communications cable with a manual cutter. It has 2 speeds: a fast speed to close the blades around the cable and a power speed to cut the cable. The blades automatically snap open when the cut is complete, there are no levers to push to make a complete cut. The high-ratio ratchet mechanism requires a maximum of only 50 lbs. of force to cut up to 3-3/8” diameter cable.
