Some mounted Custom Skates may not be returned (check individual listing); Nor may outfits that you "Mix and Match" yourself; Skates over $500.00 may not be returned. Additionally Special Make-Up and Premium Make-Up boots may not be returned. If in doubt, please call us.

You may have boots shipped to you for sizing:

  • Place an order for the boots in a standard size and color.
  • Add this item to your order.
  • When you receive the boots, try them on and call us to discuss sizing.
  • We will send you the return information by email for you to return the boots to the warehouse.
  • Place a new order for the desired boots or skates.

    Please do NOT walk in boots sent for sizing. This may render them non-returnable.
