Refunds & Exchanges

Airlineintl.com would like to make your shopping experience easy and pleasurable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new and unused product within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. There will be a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the invoice price for all returned merchandise other than defectives and shipping errors. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt to expedite the refund or exchange process. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been personalized. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return freight charges are at the customer's expense.
